A Ukrainian agricultural company founded in 2017. At the start of its operations, it focused primarily on supplying grain products to mills and feed manufacturers in the domestic market. In 2022, Artem Dehtiar and Mykhailo Voronych became the owners of V Agro LLC and initiated the active development of the export segment in the trade of grain and oilseed crops.
Business activities
Following the start of Russia’s full-scale invasion, the company maintained an active presence in the agricultural market. In 2023, it launched a Telegram bot—a technology solution which, at the time of implementation, helped systematize and automate queue management in the Danube ports, which faced significant congestion after Odesa ports ceased operations in 2022.
Since 2023, the V Agro group of companies has paid over UAH 300 million in taxes and mandatory charges. The export business generates foreign-currency inflows into Ukraine and supports the country’s macroeconomic stability under martial law.
In 2024, export sales exceeded UAH 20 billion, securing the company 57th place in Forbes Ukraine’s “TOP-202 Private Companies of Ukraine” ranking.
Infrastructure projects and development
In 2025, V Agro LLC entered into an agreement with PJSC Odesa Portside Plant (OPP) for grain transshipment. At the time of signing, the enterprise’s grain warehouses had been destroyed by enemy shelling, effectively preventing grain transshipment. The company financed the restoration of one of the warehouses and resumed corn transshipment through OPP’s facilities, providing the state-owned enterprise with an additional source of revenue.
Key financial results
- Since 2023, the group has transferred over UAH 300 million in taxes and mandatory charges to the state budget.
- 2024: export volume exceeded UAH 20 billion.
